I worked back till fucken 7.30 tonight. Fuck. I have to go in early tomorrow. My boss is going to give me shit about wanting over time too. Christ. Why do we have to put up a fight for shit we're entitled to? Jesus, jesus, jesus i hate it.
Confidentiality agreements are a fucken joke to. All that means is that 2 people can have a HUGE discrepancy in yearly salaries for doing the same job, and if you open your mouth about it, you get the flick. Forinstance, this guy at my work does the same job as this other arse licking faggot, they have different titles - ones title is a senior officer, the other is officer....there's a 26 grand difference for fuck sake. The girl was doing the same job as 12 other males, same job titles, descriptions, everything,,,,there was a $10 K discrepancy.
God. What should i do. I want to write an open anonymous letter to the chairman of the parent company...and after 14 days forward it to a newspaper. There's heaps of other shit that happens at my shithole work that shouldn't. |
