| I quit about a week and four days or something ago. I haven't really been keeping track very well. Cold turkey... No Mark runs outsside. I jusat go to the gym and make it part of the other stuff I do there. Mark only runs and does sit-ups. Not so much anymore though... |

| Well I'm using the gum. It helps a little bit. It's more mental. I'm addicted in a way of association. I'd get in my car I'd smoke a cig. We'll Now I just chew a piece of gum instead. It's helps in a small way, but I still get kind of figgety. I'm way bettr now though. I almost don't chew any of the gum at all anymore... Just don't rely on the gum as a crutch. Just think of it as something that will help a very little bit, but a little bit is better than nothing... |
