ive tried to quit smoking, ive had some times were i really thought i was done for good. periods i stopped for months.
i still smoke though. mostly when i drive long distances on the freeway, go out to bars and when i'm stressed.
a pack used to last me 2-3 weeks, but this past couple weeks i've gone through 4 packs... so now with the stress i have a nasty sore throat. and the smell wants me to quit and i've been slowly smoking less.
if you have quit, congrats to you. it will be worth it. no more cig breath...no more smelling like cigs, no more ash trays to empty. no more wasting money.
