ahh yes, Gusto. what a great cd. as soon as i heard the intro/chorus to camp fire girl, i knew we were in for a treat. even though the album totally is not what i expected, i love it. the first 4 songs are like the best songs ever. the riff to Vacation is so sweet. the rest of the songs on that cd are great too, i have never heard anything like it before. anyone who criticizes that album clearly does not know shit about music. if they did, they would know a band can not put out the same album, album after album. plus, if they were smart, they would realize that all they really did was trade electric rock guitar for acoustic guitars. if they would use distorted guitar on any of those songs it would be the same chaos that everyone knows guttermouth for (mark has always kind of sung like a hillbilly). Gusto shows that guttermouth are actually talented musicians and defintely come original.
whatever they put out next, i trust will kick major ass regardless of the style. |

New NOFX record on the way!
Hey all, Fat Mike here. Apparently, we are working on a new record album. It should be done in December and the tentative title is Our Second Best Album. We're gonna put it out on our own Fat label. Subsequent releases will be put out on different labels determined by bowling scores at the DIY bowling tourney in Vegas. Some song titles include, 'The Irrationality of Rationality', 'The Separation of Church and Skate', and 'Franco Un-American'. That is all for now.
Awww shit, this just in! The latest news from the NOFX camp reveals that they are changing the name of the forthcoming record to War on Errorism. Nice. |

| yep, 311 is recording as we speak with good old ron st. germain, hes the dude who produced the blue album and from chaos, he has also produced for bad brains. ive heard 3 of the new songs this summer at one of their shows and let me tell you, 311 never disappoints. they continue as the lead role of innovaters in the music industry creating grooves and melodies that will blow your mind away. try to d/l "Reconsider Everything", there is a good quality live recording out there. they hope to have the cd out in late spring for a summer tour! |

| yeah, im surprised the 311 hating has only just started now, i expected it immediately. i really dont expect you impotent fools to be able to grasp the musical greatness that 311 provides for our ears. my favorite part of 311 is the MUSIC, not the funky fresh vocals. if you just listen to the music, listen to the guitar, listen to the bass, and perhaps one of the greatest drummers ever, you will realize that this is music of the gods. the music is like something you have never heard before or will ever hear from any other band. the melodies and riffs/grooves that they right are amazing. each song they make have a life or vibe of their own. i still have no idea how these humans have the ability to make such music. |
