when i buy a new game and i install it. my computer meets the minimum specs, however i have graphic problems. so i email the people who make the game and i say:

'hi, i am having graphic problems with your game. i have downloaded the latest drivers for my card, plx hepl.'

and they reply with:

'hi, plx download the latest drivers for your video card or else our game will not work properly, thanks!'
